Legal Placement Specialists, Inc., is the first legal search firm in North Carolina.  Founded in 1993, our company has placed lawyers in-house and in law firms.  We have placed practice groups of lawyers in new firms, in newly-opened offices, and in new cities.  We have worked with recruiters in other locations across the country to find jobs for our candidates or candidates for our clients.

Unlike some other placement firms, we place lawyers – only lawyers.  Also, we do not submit any resume anywhere without the prior approval of the candidate.  A candidate can send a resume to us with confidence.  We will not divulge the fact that the individual has made an inquiry or is engaged in a potential job search.  A law firm or corporation can contact us with a request for a candidate with confidence.  We will conduct the search within the specific perimeters of the client’s request.

Our company does not charge our candidates for our services.  Our fees are paid by our clients, the law firms or businesses at which we place lawyers.  We endeavor to place people at “perfect fit” jobs, so that we leave everyone eager to recommend us.
