(pref. large firm) in ’33, ’34 and ’40 Act filings and compliance, including ability to manage smaller transactions and major portions of larger ones. Pref. exp. representing public companies in securities compliance and corporate governance.

Corporate Partner:  Raleigh
Corporate/transactional partner with 10 plus years of practice experience.  Some portable book of business and ability to leverage and/or grow it.

Corporate Life Science/Transactional:  Raleigh
Associate with three to six years experience; need licensing background for companies doing biotech/pharma work.
