Margie Case co-manages the business and works in the
Raleigh office. Margie graduated from Dickinson College
in Pennsylvania, Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, with
majors in both Latin and Ancient Greek. She also has a
Masters Degree in Classics/Latin and Greek from McMaster
University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She graduated
from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where

Margie has practiced in law firms and in-house. Most
recently, she was a partner for over 20 years with
Maupin Taylor, a distinguished and respected North
Carolina firm, where she represented management in the
Labor and Employment section. In fact, Vera Wright also
worked at Maupin Taylor, which is how she and Margie
were originally acquainted.
Margie has also been raising a couple of great kids;
stayed married to the same first-rate husband for 25
years; studied in Italy and Greece; dug in an
archaeology dig at Mycenae (an ancient Bronze-age site
in Greece); had a law practice doing everything from
negotiating with labor unions to arguing before the
North Carolina Supreme Court; and met a lot of wonderful
people over the time she practiced law. She looks back
on a law practice with the best partners and clients
imaginable, and looks now at a great new career where WE
PLACE LAWYERS!
